CLERKS REPORT |
|
|
|
The Clerk contacted the local Police
and they have asked if people can telephone them on 01371 872208 or
01376 556242 when motor/quad bikes are being ridden off-road around the
village and surrounding fields. They will then try and come out and
investigate further.
The Clerk mentioned to the Local Police about the vandalism of the white
bridge over the river. Unfortunately they are unable to do anything
about this. The Clerk contacted Highways and they are going to
undertake a site visit. The Clerk contacted the Environment Agency and
is currently awaiting a call from the Anglia Region. The local farmer
was contacted too and the bridge is apparently not his responsibility.
