FINANCIAL POSITION

financial position as at 30.04.10 was as follows: £20598.51 in the
current account which includes the first instalment of this years
precept payment.

Annual Audit
A copy of the completed Annual Return was seen by all members with
copies of bank statements.
It was noted that the cash balance as at 31/3/10 was12496.30.
The Return will now be passed to the Internal Auditor for
approval.

The Parish Council RESOLVED to renew the annual insurance at a cost of

Letter from Cllr Barker re B1008 Cllr Barker wrote to Cllr Hume
expressing disappointment that he is unable to give consideration to a
weight limit on this road.
Cllr Barker also requested that an inspection of the state of the road
be made from the junction of the A120 at Great Dunmow to Essex Regiment
Way in Chelmsford where there are areas in the road, particularly either
side of Ford End which are in need of substantial repair.
